The table is constructed of highly figured solid black walnut. Black resin is used to fill holes and cracks. A pair of bowtie joints (one copper!, one walnut) have been inlayed over a crack to mitigate movement over time. The base has handmade walnut feet inserted ensuring stability through seasonal changes. This table sits well on soft or hard surfaces.
